Ryan Stock is recognized in the elite athlete performance industry as one of the premiere mental fitness teachers. Ryan blends his unique combination of mindfulness, meditation, and sport-specific yoga to dramatically improve athlete performance and mental toughness - and to help you find balance between the mental and physical.

Using his personal experiences of dealing with the positives of sport, with Ryan you’ll strengthen your athlete mind, body and breath (that part is easy, right?). Ryan then explores the dark side of performance—lack of confidence and self-love, fear of failure, anxiety and stress—to help any athlete or team that’s stuck in the darkness, allowing you to find your way back to the light. This is more challenging, more intense, and infinitely more rewarding—overcoming the darkness to regain your confidence, your self-love, and your strength.

Ryan has been a five star elite yoga instructor, spent a year deepening his meditation practice through UCLA’s Intensive Practice Program, is a certified DISC Athlete Assessment Provider by four-time Olympic athlete Bo Hansen, and has his Masters in Human Health Performance and Recreation with a 4.0 GPA. Ryan uses the Conscious Athlete Guide as the foundation for his 12-week program with athletes and coaches/teams. Ryan also provides (and recommends) an intensive half-day or weekend session to those that need a deeper, more intense experience.
